1. How do I place a custom order?
2. Why do I have to order by email and how long will my order take?
Because each custom item comes with several choices of size, color, chain and additional options the easiest way for me to receive and process orders is through email. I will make paying easy for you by sending a Paypal invoice with your total amount after we have discussed the specifics of your order. If you are paying by money order I will give you the address to send it to. Please allow approx. 3-4 weeks for the completion of your order. It may possibly take a little longer if I need to order materials.

3. What are the Shipping/Handling Costs?
4. Can I customize my pendant?
YES! Let me know exactly what you would like. I am happy to customize any design to your exact specifications. (Example: You want a girl skull and crossbones wearing a red bow with a white spiderweb in the left corner...) There is no extra charge for these kinds of modifications!!!
5. What are the pendants made of and how are they made?
6. What is polymer clay?
7. Do you do repairs on your jewelry?
8. Are there any special care instructions?
9. I don't want to custom order anything. Do you have ready made items that are available for purchase?
There are many steps involved in making these unique pendants. They are first individually hand cut from colored polymer clay and fired. After a bit of light sanding, images are painstakingly handpainted onto them with acrylic paints followed by a thin protective layer of translucent clay and fired again. After that they are varnished with several layers of clear gloss finish for shine and durablity. All these pendants are made by one person (me!) and I spend a large amount of time making sure each one is exactly to my liking!
Polymer clay is an oven bake modeling material composed of polymers, resins, coloring agents, and fillers. When baked properly the finished product cures into a tough, very flexible and durable solid material. The flexibility enables the finished piece to be dropped or handled without breaking. It is not rock hard like an "earth clay" where it will shatter if dropped.
Yes, I do repairs on all jewelry and hair clips that may have come apart by everyday wear, if you have all beads and components. This service is usually free of charge. Please email me.
Please remove jewelry/clips before showering. The hard spray of water may damage the varnish on the piece. (Note: I cannot do repairs if this happens.) Store your jewelry seperately from each other in a cool, dry place enclosed in a pouch, little plastic zip top bag or jewelry box to protect them from the elements and to prevent tarnishing of wire and/or chain. This will also make your jewelry last longer and stay in good condition.Thank you!
